Terranora homestead on Theresa Creek Road, is located twenty minutes from Casino and set on approximately 140 acres 57 hectares. From the road you cross Theresa Creek and arrive at the homestead.
The land gently rises all the way to the back fence which borders on the Richmond Range National Park. A glorious spring fed dam features just a short walk from the homestead. Explore and enjoy the wonder of the beautiful landscape, including three caves.
The homestead provides guests with tranquillity and luxury all at once. From the wonderful rustic deck, take in views of the surrounding bush and and enjoy the opulence of a private Swedish sauna, a claw foot bath and an open brick fireplace.

Accommodation at Terranora Homestead
The homestead is constructed from sandstone and Ironbark sourced from property surrounds.
The accommodation - sleeps 8:
Two generous double suites adjoin a bathroom with a claw-foot bath.
The third bedroom or master suite has an enormous, ensuite shower - wet room and laundry facilities.
There are 2 single beds available for children also.
Each bedroom has French doors leading to the deck.
There is also plenty of room to pitch a tent on the luscious lawns or roll out a swag.

You can also enjoy dinner with the family indoors in the generous fully equipped kitchen self-catering. A wood fire will keep you warm in winter Bird life abounds and the native bush attracts the usual locals with kangaroos and wallabies often be seen from the deck.
Feel like kayaking...the property is a good base for some 1 day kayaking trips on the beautiful Clarence River, or closer to home why not take your kayaks up to Tabulum and paddle upstream and back from there.
The Richmond Range National Park and World Heritage listed Cambridge Plateau are only 40 kms west of Casino and Kyogle and are accessible via Mallanganee, Bonalbo and Woodenbong.
The National Park is renowned for the rare Richmond Range spotted gum and extensive old-growth forest supporting a huge variety of native fauna, including many rare and endangered species.
It's also just 1 /12 hours up the New England Highway to Tenterfield. Head to the magical Boonoo Boonoo Falls or Bald Rock National Park. The Mount MacKenzie Nature Reserve gives you a view of Tenterfield form a different perspective. Just 8 kms out of Tenterfield heading west - an easy drive over narrow roads will bring you to the reserve.
Locally, there are also many attractions and activities to enjoy.
The Casino Golf Course beckons, if you feel like improving your handicap; it's only a 30 minute drive from the Homestead.
A favourite event is the Northern Co-operative Meat Company Casino Beef Week Festival. Festival organisers co-ordinate in excess of 65 events with a focus on low cost family entertainment and experiences for the entire community to come together and celebrate.
The Richmond Valley lifestyle, community spirit and heart is showcased throughout Beef Week each year between late May and early June.
For those who enjoy another great Australian tradition, the yearly Tabulam Race Day is held on the first Saturday after the Melbourne Cup. It 27 kilometres west of Terranora and you can join the hundreds of tourists who flock to this local event.
