Located in a "kid friendly" cul-de-sac street and secured by lockable gates, you can feel at ease with security, even bring the family dog to enjoy the Casuarina holiday experience as well.
Equipped with outdoor dining and seating, you can watch the kids play in the spacious pool with outside access to a toilet and outdoor shower. Open the bi-folds to enjoy a combination of outdoor front and rear decks to create a large, open planned living area. Also downstairs, escape to the tranquility of a media room to catch up on some movies you haven't got around to. Additionally downstairs you will find a large double bedroom for those preferring not to climb up stairs.
The spacious and breezy beach house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 3 living areas spread across 2 levels. Architecturally designed to ensure cross breezes and a retreat from the summer days this is a fabulous place to spend the summer holidays.
Quietly nestled in a popular cul-de-sac, one street back from the beautiful beaches of Casuarina, you can do a quick surf check (with coffee in hand), after a brisk 100 m dash down the footpath!
Casuarina Cruizing is conveniently located near the highly accredited restaurants and facilities of Salt Village Kingscliff, only a few minutes by car or a casual 20 minute stroll on foot (or bike). Casuarina Rec Club and Sandbar are also within walking distance and there is a short five minute drive to the surrounding villages of Cabarita and Kingscliff. The choice of beaches, restaurants and shopping facilities are plentiful, and should you wish to venture further, Coolangatta is a further 15 minute drive, Surfers Paradise 40 minutes, 40 minutes to the Gold Coast theme parks and the popular Byron Bay an easy 35 minute drive south.
Important notes: Security bond of $500 is payable to owner and refunded upon leaving the property in a reasonable similar condition to the way it was found.
Bath towels and linen (and cleaning of same) is supplied and included in the nightly rate.
Further: The area is very family orientated and amongst privately owned property. It is not available for schoolies, wedding parties or other large organised functions. Only the nominated people should occupy the house. Feel free to email any special requests.
