Sparkling inground salt water pool with deck chairs and large umbrella will be a favourite for all of the family. Enjoy a swim at the beach then rinse off and jump straight in to the pool. The glass fence allows parent's to easily keep an eye on kids in the pool or jumping on the trampoline, as you enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the covered veranda.
The interior is styled to welcome and comfort guests. The front room is set up as a childrens' retreat with TV, DVD player and Wii console. The lounge folds out to accommodate up to two guests' as a queen sofa bed. Leading in to the open plan living, dining and kitchen this home has enough room for the whole family to engage and play a board game in the lounge room and enjoy dinner together at the dining table. The glass doors open up to the outdoor veranda with alfresco dining and BBQ - the perfect spot to soak up the afternoon sun and relax during the evenings.
Along the Easterly side of the house is a quiet place to read a book and enjoy a cup of coffee, made fresh from the coffee machine while being shaded from the morning sun.

CHECK IN / OUT
Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am (AEST) on departure date.
Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.
Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival estimated time of arrival at the resort or holiday home address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance of the property to provide keys and access. Please advise management of late arrivals after 7pm. Special arrangements will be made for arrivals after 7pm.

We meet and greet you at the property - show you around your holiday home, offer face-to-face explanation about the property and location and then personally hand you the keys.
You wont have to wait at the reception desk to check in/out or collecting keys from outside agents as we go to you.
