This holiday house has 3 bedrooms all bedding is Hypoallergenic and there are fully encased anti-allergy mattress protectors feature the unique Bug Lock system that helps maintain a hygienic anit-allergy mattress, protected from bed bugs, allergens, dust mites, bacteria and mould, the bathroom has a bath to wash the kids off and seperate toilet , good size kitchen, which is nice and modern.
The living space is an open plan design and beautiful timber flooring flows through the entire home making it easy care and cool underfoot. All rooms have built in robes, the master has a queen bed and the other 2 rooms have tri bunks so although the house sleeps 8 in total we have restrictions to 6 adults.
Your welcome to Bring your as the yard is fully lockable, small dogs may be able to squeeze under the front fence so for those with doggies who love to escape, this may not be the home for you.
The prices for this property are definately under the market value but the owners insist that they want to provide affordable comfortable budget holiday accommodation for families and keep them coming back for years to come.

The property is fully self contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. This is solely the guests responsibility. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave. Enjoy a BBQ dinner on the balcony after a day at the beach, be sure to clean on departure.
