Check-in time is not before 2pm (NSW time) on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am (AEST) on departure date.
Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.

Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival an estimated time of arrival at the resort or holiday home address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance of the resort/or property to show them to their apartment/home. Special arrangements will be made for arrivals after 6pm (NSW Daylight saving time).

Fantastic apartment.....probably one of the best locations in a great family friendly resort.  Plunge pool has a great north easterly aspect and the apartment is well equipped.  Owner very kindly picked up a cot and high chair for us to save the delivery. We will definitely be back.
