One of only 2 houses available for rent beach front on Marine parade in Kingscliff village. This is the ultimate address for that perfect beachfront holiday experience. Without a doubt this 1930's built queenslander occupies the best position on the tweed village coast for its guests to enjoy their most memorable holiday ever.

Situated opposite the northerly facing pristine surf beach of Kingscliff village, with the boardwalk, boat ramp and Cudgen creek only meters down the road to the south and footsteps from the start of the renown Kingscliff village boutique shopping and alfresco cafe dining precinct there is something for everyone.

The views of surf and sand from both levels are breath taking, with large balconies equipped with out door furniture and Weber barbecues.Wile away the hours with a good book and glass of wine while indulging in a spot of private whale watching as the sun sparkles on the ocean, or relax in the fully dedicated spa area with family and loved ones after a hard day at the beach.

This property has recently undergone major renovations. Upon entering the front door of the first level you are greeted by towering 14' ceilings, enormous open plan living,dining and kitchen area with wrap around waterfront and park views from every window.

The Kitchen is brand new, equipped with Dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The three bedrooms on this level all exit onto a large covered veranda and consist of Bed 1 - queen, Bed 2 - queen, Bed 3 - double with single bunk above. There is one bathroom on this level with a bath, shower and separate WC. The spa courtyard is also locate on this level.

The second level can only be described magic. With views from the large covered balcony, living and master bedroom of up and down the coast line you will never want to leave. Enormous master bed room with queen bed, flat screen T.V and huge en suite, new kitchen, spacious sun drenched living, large plasma, full pay television, DVD, 2nd bedroom with 2 king singles that can be made up as a king and a powder room, this property has it all.

Both levels have large lounges to relax on, Flat screen TV's, Austar, DVD and wireless internet. All rooms are equipped with fans and due to the Queenslander design and beautiful cooling summer breezes fresh off the pacific ocean there is no need for stuffy air-conditioning.

A perfect house for that family reunion, girls weekend away shopping and dinning, wedding guest accommodation or that perfect holiday with all your loved ones. Both levels of the house are completely self contained so you have the benefit of all being together but you can escape for down time when needed.

CHILDREN - there is heaps for these ones to do. with 2 playgrounds within meters from the front door and large parks along the foreshore there is plenty to tire them out. The beach is patrolled and the creek is a wonderful safe place for them also. The Gold Coast theme parks just up the road make a very enjoyable day trip for all the family.

WEDDINGS- The perfect house for all your loved ones to stay at. You could even honey moon upstairs and enjoy their company down stairs. Directly opposite the beach and in close proximity to many beach wedding venues Kingscliff is fast establishing it self has a wedding destination hot spot. We can assist you in sourcing local services for your wedding.

FISHING- with the boat ramp down the road and access to many fishing spots along the coast line and rivers of this area this is a true fishing hot-spot. Located close to marinas with fishing tours and boat hire also close by. Bring your line and fish from the breakwall across the park.

GOLF- 10 minutes from Coolangatta Tweed heads golf club, Fingal Golf club and Chinderah golf course you can play a different course every day while the girls go shopping......happy wife happy life

LOVE NATURE-a truly unique spot for nature lovers. A world heritage area with night cap national park and Mount warning a day trip you are also surrounded by nature trails secret turtle habitats and a raft of bird watching options the feathered kind come and explore from this central location.

This is property is impeccably present and has real beach-side ambiance, tastefully renovated with exquisite tiling throughout.


We love to accommodate groups of family and friends all being together this is not a party house. The rental does not cover excess wear and tear on the property caused by others above the registered guest list.

We love to present the property beautifully to the next guests therefore it is asked that the property be left in the condition you found it. Rental covers a general clean any costs for damage and mess will be taken from the pre-authorisation security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: as this property is an original 1930's Beach House in the heart of beautiful Kingscliff village as opposed to in a resort village like Salt Village, or Casurina which are both 5 mins out of town it only has ON STREET parking. The upside of this is the location......you don't have to drive anywhere

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good location, Large Beach House The location of this house is excellent, right opposite Kingscliff Beach and easy walking distance to the creek. Also easy walking distance to shops, cafes etc. The house has 5 bedrooms, an ensuite, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets so is good for a couple of families, or groups. One room has bunks, the others are queen beds. The master bedroom is very big. There is also a great verandah area upstairs. Our main issue was that the house was quite hot down stairs and there were no privacy curtains on the bedroom upstairs which also made it quite hot in the mornings. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and one in each of the living areas, but no air conditioning. There is a side verandah off the 3 bedrooms on the lower level but it does not face the beach - rather it runs down the side of the building. The house is over a shop and there is a bit of noise from the Mexican restaurant next door. The lower level is large and quite attractive, but be aware there is no verandah looking out to the beach. There is also no onsite parking which would be an issue in peak season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great place for a family holiday with the beach and playground just across the road. Apartments were beautifully presented, spacious and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying a pina colada from the Mexican restaurant next door and taking in the beautiful view. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.
