This beautiful single level holiday home is close to the beach in the exclusive Seaside estate in Casuarina Northern NSW. Exquisitely designed, this house is ideal for you to relax and enjoy the magnificent beaches, creeks, restaurants, pubs, parks, shops and much more along the area.

Modern single story beach house only 300 metres to the beach at Casuarina and a short stroll to Spice Den Restaurant, equipped with BBQ, pool and a media room for the kids with toys, games and movies. The home caters for family with children and is fully fenced.

Stylishly furnished with modern decor the open plan living areas combines lounge, dining and kitchen opening up to a lovely deck overlooking the pool and outdoor entertaining area.

The house is fully fenced framed by gorgeous plants giving you great privacy and peace of mind for those with young children.

This property is located in a residential area and Parties, Functions, Weddings and Schoolies are strictly prohibited.

CHECK IN / OUT

Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am AEST on departure date.

Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.

You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.

Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival estimated time of arrival at the resort or holiday home address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance of the property to provide keys and access. Please advise management of late arrivals after 7pm. Special arrangements will be made for arrivals after 7pm.

We meet and greet you at the property - show you around your holiday home, offer face-to-face explanation about the property and location and then personally hand you the keys.

You wont have to wait at the reception desk to check in/out or collecting keys from outside agents as we go to you.
