Just sit back and relax in this massive ground floor property featuring two bedrooms; two bathrooms and a large rear deck with BBQ ideal for entertaining and another large courtyard for relaxing. The grassed area at the back of the property is ideal for children and is fully fenced.
Featuring a large master suite tastefully decorated with large walk in robe and sitting area. The ensuite has dual vanity basins, a double person massaging shower and deluxe bathtub. The second bedroom is roomy and comfy with queen size bed and a roll away bed for a fifth person. Nursery equipment is available and enquiries can be made upon booking.
The large lounge/dining area is set up to bring the outdoors in and is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing with a dining capacity for 10 people. Opening up the bi fold doors to the rear deck allows you to enjoy the best of the sea breezes and the space this area offers. This deck has views of Mt Warning and ideal for relaxing and watching the sunset, with outdoor sun lounges, dining and bbq facilities.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped featuring Miele Oven and hotplate; microwave;dishwasher; fridge and everything you need if you choose to cook rather than eat out.
There is a LCD TV, a sound system, and a DVD player in the lounge and additional TV/DVD in the main bedroom. The laundry is also fully equipped with washing machine and dryer,iron and ironing board.

This is no ordinary apartment but is one of two in a purpose built property. The apartment is fully self contained with its own private entrance and car space. Booking also includes access to bicyles;boogie boards and beach chairs. Exit clean included in tariff, security/damage deposit required and will be returned within 7 days subject to satisfactory condition report.
All linen, cleaning products and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.

With an average temperature of 24 degrees, stunning beaches and a fantastic smorgasbord of restaurants, Kingscliff is becoming one of Australia's top holiday destinations.

Kingscliff is part of the Tweed Coast situated on the far north coast of New South Wales, Australia, about 30 minutes south of the Gold Coast and about 30 minutes North of Byron Bay. With 2km of golden sandy beaches stretching from Cabarita to Fingal, Kingscliff is just perfect for the family holiday.

Kingscliff has a great stretch of patrolled golden beaches that are great for surfing, rock fishing, swimming or just soaking up the sun. Various water sports, canoeing, crab fishing are available in the nearby Cudgen Creek as well as River cruises and many other activities waiting for you on the Tweed River.

Beach Activities
The Ocean beach is patrolled by the Salt Surf Life Saving Club. This is a popular destination for surfers, sun-lovers, people eager to do a little fishing, whether it be river or beach fishing, and those who just want a lazy, family holiday. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely property in need of some TLC We really enjoyed our stay here. the property is lovely and as every thing we needed even down to the high chair which was unexpected and very welcomed. Unfortunately it needs a bit of TLC - the cleaning wasn't up to scratch for a luxury property. Huge cob webs in the foyer. The tracks of the back folding doors were disgusting and we had to spend a bit of time cleaning them as we had a 9 month old that was crawling through the filth. The other outdoors courtyard was really filthy - I don't think it had been cleaned for a while - old catalogues stuffed beside the lounge and the drain absolutely blocked. The rug in the lounge room was a concern as well as it smelt like dogs and made us itch. The noise fro the building out the back which went from 7am to pm every single day we were there made it so we had to get out every day for peace and quiet. No fault of the owners but something to keep in mind. It is in a great location, close to the beach and Salt Village. It is not really child friendly - a gate on the back steps might be good. It would also be good if the outside areas were cleaned - the little one was black after crawling outside. Gripes aside it was a lovely spacious well equipped property and I would stay again.
