This Kingscliff House is the ideal Family Holiday Home that is pet friendly. This house is 50 metres to the beach and a few minutes walk to nearby Cudgen Creek where you can swim and enjoy water activities.

The beach is surf patrolled and you will enjoy the convenience of being so close to all the cafes/restaurants, day spas, retail shops, hairdressers, shopping village, Salt Bar & Bistro, parks and cycle ways.

10 min drive to Tweed Heads

15 min drive to Coolangatta Airport

30 min drive to Byron Bay

45 - 50 min drive to Gold Coast Theme Parks


This property is located in a residential area and there are no parties or functions permitted. Strictly No smoking.


Check-in time is not before 2pm NSW time on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am AEST on departure date.

You must notify management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.

Check-in/check- out and key collections/return procedures will be face to face with management, please advise estimated time of arrival and departure so keys can be collected.

Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival of estimated time or arrival at the holiday house address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance. We will meet and greet you at the property and then personally hand you the keys.

If you need any assistance during your stay we are only a phone call away.


Departing guests must leave property clean and tidy. This includes emptying rubbish bins, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning out fridge.
