The Media/ Music room is located at the front of the house this room is air conditioned and a must to relax and enjoy a movie...with the large 55cm smart Tv, Netflix, Playstation and board games, there is plenty of room for everyone. This room also opens completely at the front to enjoy the indoor outdoor feeling.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining.

On this level there are 3 Generous Bedrooms with Queen size beds, one with a WIR, and outdoor hot and cold shower, all have ceiling fans and plenty of wardrobe space, commercial doors that open to the outdoor pool area and shear curtains with block out behind.
The main bathroom has a free standing bath for total relaxation.
Well equipt laundry, with large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Lounge has interconnecting speakers, and a large Smart Tv.
This room is framed by a large pane of fixed green glass, with louvers for cross flow ventilation, it also has a Ethanol Fire Place for winter warmth and a fan.
Also in this area is the large dining and streamline kitchen.
At the top of the stairs is a full length office, for executives on a working holiday.
The main internet connection is located on the desk.
Behind a large sliding door is the The Master Bedroom with a large Walk in robe, makeup table and En-suite.
The bedroom also opens to a full sized deck with a privacy screen.

Thanks Kellie for letting us access this gorgeous property. It was probably the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Everything is catered for in the house, all you need to do is turn up with food The smaller details are appreciated and noticed. The kids and adults had a great time in the pool and relaxing in the media room. So close to the beach and Salt Village. The booking process and access was incredibly easy and Kellie very pleasant to deal with. We can't wait to stay again
Cudgen Creek is 2 minutes drive and the boat shed provides a jetty perfect for fishing along with BBQ facilities.

RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF A $300 END OF STAY CLEAN fee AND ALSO INCLUDE PROVISION OF ALL LINEN, TOWELS AND BASIC TOILETRIES
SECURITY BOND: $1,500 bond held will be refunded within two days of departure based on departure inspection. We ask that you leave the home in a tidy condition when you depart.
A Security bond of $1,500 is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ...etc.
CONDITIONS OF USE PLEASE READ
We hope you enjoy our home, and treat it as you would your own, But...
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect the property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should NOT exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
No pets are permitted on the premises.
Parties, Schoolies, weddings gathering and functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED... SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Noise restrictions apply: Excessive noise after 10pm at night could result in instant eviction from property, and loss of security bond.
To avoid any additional cleaning costs after departure, we ask that you leave the home in a tidy condition when you depart.
1. All rubbish to be collected and left in appropriate bins out the front of property.
2. All linen to be placed in supplied laundry bags located in the laundry
3. All dishes in dishwasher.

DEPARTURE - 10am NSW Strictly to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Loss - the owners/manager takes no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
A 20 non-refundable deposit which can be paid by direct debit will confirm your booking. Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the terms and conditions.
BALANCE OF RENTAL AMOUNT AND BOND must be received in full 28 prior to occupancy or the owner has the right to cancel the booking.
