Spacious 3 bedroom "end unit" with a pleasant outlook over gardens and a glimpse of the ocean. This apartment features a sunny and private north east aspect and by having only one common wall, it has windows on all four sides, providing constant light sea breezes throughout. The new bright decor and beach themes wall hangings, are sure to add to your holiday experience, along with the iPod dock, DVD player, games and puzzles and a personal library of reading books.

The modernised kitchen on the eastern side of the building flows out to a lounge and dining area, and then out to a large balcony with BBQ that is within sight and sound of the ocean. The other north facing balcony, accessed by 2 of the bedrooms and the lounge area has views to Mt Warning. The single sofa bed in the lounge room can sleep an extra person if needed. Please advise our staff so we can have the bed made on arrival if required.

Down the hallway there are 2 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other with a double bed. Both have access via security doors to a shared balcony, making them light and airy.

Further down the hallway is the bathroom off to the right and a large laundry with washer and dryer to the left. At the end of the hallway is the 3rd bedroom with two single beds.

It has a larger than normal lock up garage which is located directly under the unit and is very close to the front door access to the building. The Kingscliff markets are every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month and are just across the road from this unit.


Please note that the quoted price for this unit does NOT include linen as an offer to reduce accommodation costs. Linen can be arranged for this property as a booking option prior to your arrival for an additional $140 for all four beds (or $180 if the sofa bed is required) to be made for your arrival. Please ensure that you advise our staff if you require linen supplied for your booking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just the right place at the right place We are repeat offenders at this unit. We roll along twice a year,, the location is fantastic. The size and lay out of the apartment is so good for 6 adults. We are not really concerned with views as we are our all day and sleep the night from very early.. the unit has everything we need. Andrew at the shop is so cool and interacts when problems arise. So all in all.. a great great place to stay for sport functions.. love it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good value for money We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very spacious and well equipped. Close to the beach and amenities. A great place for a family holiday. Parking was an issue but we were able to overcome this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Value for money This unit was in a very handy location, close to beach and all local facilities. It was quiet and the surrounding gardens were exceptionally well cared for. The unit itself was spacious and housed 6 of us comfortably. We really appreciated the extra items made available to our family especially in the kitchen which helped make our stay easier. The price we paid to stay for 3 nights was very, very reasonable. Our one criticism was the parking but we always managed to find street parking at the rear street so it did not really worry us. We would definitely recommend this unit to holiday makers. We hope to return again.
