The self contained studio has all amenities with new appliances and its own entrance. Start the day with a stunning sunrise... Enjoy a great walk along seven mile beach or up to the Pat Morton Lookout with its extensive views out to the Pacific Ocean. An ideal whale watching spot during whale season or hang-gliding of the top of the lookout. Go for a hike right to the top of the lookout around the back towards Boulder Beach where your breath will be taken away with its magnificent cliff top views overlooking the iconic coastline. In case you want to cool off and have a swim, the local beaches are absolutely stunning and if you prefer to have a swim in a freshwater lake, we recommend the Lake Ainsworth in Lennox Head. There a great villages nearby such as Newrybar and Bangalow. Newrybar is a seven minutes drive away located on the Hinterland drive. It’s got a quiet country atmosphere with an award - winning restaurant Harvest and art & craft shops. A short drive further is the small town of Bangalow. The historic streetscape with its famous monthly market has a number of modern cafes and boutique-shops. Another kind of interest might be the Minyon waterfall. The waterfall descents more than 100 metres over huge cliffs which were once part of the Tweed Volcano and is in the Nightcap National Park part of the Australia World Heritage Site. There are several picnic tables and barbecue facilities at the top of the falls. There is another smaller Waterfall where you can have a swim in it and it’s just around the corner from studio in Tintenbar. There are creeks nearby where you can spot platypus and we could arrange a tour for you. You could also visit the most easterly point of our great country called Byron Bay. We recommend a walk up to the iconic Cape Byron lighthouse . The region is known for its spectacular beaches, unique shopping and dining experiences & vibrant community spirit. One of our top recommendations in Byron Bay Restaurants is the “Farm”. Great Food and atmosphere . A bit further north is another great little seaside village called Brunswick Head at the mouth of the Brunswick River. Mount Chincogan and Mount Warning provide a spectacular hinterland backdrop to the river that meanders up to the small town of Mullumbimby. The biggest little town in Australia. Despite the surrounding coastal development , Brunswick Head das retained its traditional seaside village atmosphere and is about 15 minutes drive north of Byron Bay.
