Newly refurbished house in village setting - close to beaches, parks and restaurants.
We have 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with extra comfy queen beds and in third bedroom two twins which can also be a king bed. There is an ensuite and walk in robe in queen bedroom which has access to large sunny verandah. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom.
Each room has its own smart TV and internet. There is an area set up on the landing with tea and coffee facilities and a bar frig for those long cool drinks and light snacks to be enjoyed on the verandah. Please note - there is no kitchen or cooking facilities - Lennox has many small cafes, restaurants, cozy bar, Lennox Hotel, Community Club, local markets and a great kiosk at the surf club - these venues offer great value for meals - so definitely take a break and enjoy all the area has to offer.
Of course if you require kitchen facilities we do have other listings which may suit your requirements.
You will have exclusive use of the whole top floor with separate entry on the ground floor. We do have a garage if you wish to use it - otherwise there is plenty of street parking in front of the property.
We have bicycles available on request. The pool is also available for guests.
We will greet you and are available to answer questions/queries. We respect your privacy and we are happy to have you do your own thing.
Lennox is a lovely popular seaside town which has many good and inexpensive fresh food cafes/restaurants. It has the best surf beach and a tea tree lake. Everything is within walking distance from the property. Byron Bay 20 mins and the hinterland is a delightful short drive. There are many national parks, waterfalls and walking tracks.
We provide luxury linen, towels, beach towels, toiletries.
We have available 2 bicycles for you to explore the local area.
Tea, coffee and herbal teas are available for your enjoyment at anytime.
6ix Degrees is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Guests are not to invite visitors with young children.

WE WANT YOU TO ENJOY YOUR STAY SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT WE MATCH YOUR EXPECTATIONS TO WHAT OUR HOUSE CAN OFFER YOU. Please make sure our house is suitable for your needs before booking.
Guests are responsible for their own safety particularly around the pool and when outdoor areas are wet and care should be taken at all times.
The Guest agrees to the following Terms and Conditions when booking our holiday house at Lennox Head. Any departure from such Terms and Conditions permits us, to refuse the key or immediately terminate the booking.
BOOKINGS/PAYMENTS: Unless booking through STAYZ payment to be made as follows.
Deposit of 50 of total tariff is to be paid within 7 days of booking. Non payment of this deposit will be deemed a cancellation of the booking. The balance of the payment is to be made 4 weeks in advance of the booking date. December through to end of January must be paid by 1 November or when booking if between 1 November and 30 January.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: Bookings are accepted by us in good faith, however we cannot accept responsibility for the malfunction of any inventory articles. The person making the booking must stay in the property and will be held responsible for the conduct of all visitors .The property is let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the booking email and for the maximum persons as agreed for the booking.
SECURITY BOND: A security bond of $150 will be required before keys are released. The security bond will be returned in full once cleaning inspection has been undertaken. Funds will be deducted from the security bond if we need to make a claim which may include, but is not limited to the following; excess cleaning fees, damage or breakages, excess garbage removal, late check out.
CHECK IN AND VACATING TIMES: The property will be available for occupation from 2pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements are made with us. Failure to vacate at the required time will incur a penalty of fifty dollars. All times quoted are local. Keys are to be returned to your host or left on the premises as agreed.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING: - Cancellation will incur full forfeit of monies paid unless the property is re-let then an administration fee of $120 applies. All changes and cancellations must be in writing.
NUMBER OF PERSONS: It is essential that the number of holiday guests must not exceed the number stated when booking, should you exceed this amount your booking will be terminated immediately. No more than 4 visitors are permitted on the property at any one time and they are not permitted to remain overnight.
NOISE: Guests must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure and at any time throughout the occupancy. Particular attention to be observed when outdoors at night.
POOL: NO GLASS is permitted in the pool area - and swimming in the pool is not permitted 10pm – 7am.
GATHERINGS/FUNCTIONS: The property is not a “party house” and any gatherings/events are strictly prohibited.
SECURITY AND DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT OF GUESTS’ PROPERTY: Whenever you are absent from the property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal property left on the premises.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES: Breakages and/or damage to property/and or furniture and furnishings not caused by normal wear and tear will be claimed from your security bond. Please note that it is not our intention to charge for the replacement of a broken glass. Please note that our cleaners do a detailed inventory check both before and after your occupation.
KEYS: Keys will be made available once all monies have been paid in full.
PETS: Pets are not permitted on or inside the property.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
PARKING: Parking is available on the street in front of the property or in garage by arrangement.
CLEANING: Please assist by leaving the property clean and tidy, with cutlery and cooking utensils washed and put away, place wet towels in the bathroom, clean BBQ area and ensure all garbage is taken out, lock all doors and windows and return keys to key safe. Failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning fee.
LOST KEYS: a $55 fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property and require assistance from us to gain entry after hours. If keys are lost all locks must be changed at a cost of $120 to the guest.
