We had a wonderful stay here. The house is extremely comfortable, quiet and has a stunning view from the main room and front porch. Joanne was friendly and completely took care of us. In short, 5 Stars and a strong recommendation for anyone thinking of staying in or around Mullumbimby.
We had a great time and would definitely come back to stay again. Joanne was super friendly and helpful, the house comfortable, cozy, and bright. We enjoyed our stay lots and won't forget "swimming with mermaids" in Joanne's lovely pool Highly recommended

Luxury In Byron Samm
We have just returned form 3 charming days at Joanne's Farmstay in Mullumbimby. Tranquil, completely self contained and central to town as well as 15 minutes to beautiful Brunswick Heads and its fine beaches. One could not hope for lovelier hosts than Joanne, her husband and 4 angelic girls. They care enormously about their guests and are discreet in their presence. Highly recommended.
Joanne is a lovely warm person and the cottage was perfect for a good night of sleep after a busy day. Clean, peaceful and spacious. The only little problem was than internet connection was impossible which for a longer stay would have been difficult for both of us. Overall, great stay and Mullumbiby very cute, and countryside around gorgeous.
A lovely private b&b that was very tidy and comfortable...the hosts are extremely pleasant , the kids adorable and the shower is 10/10 Great value for money and we would be more than happy to return if our travels bring us back that way. Best wishes guys Graeme and Trish Gisborne NZ
4 of us stayed at Joanne's cottage at Mullumbimby for 2 nights and loved it The cottage has 2 really big bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom that my nan stayed in but would also be good for kids. The cottage is next to Joanne's house but faces away and we never heard any noise. The outlook was beautiful and green and very peaceful. Enough parking next to the cottage for 2 cars. The cottage has high ceilings in the living, dinning and kitchen and it tastefully decorated throughout. The kitchen has everything you need and the lounge is comfortable for everyone to sit on. Another plus was the high quality linen and towels. Only a quick 4 min drive to town but very quiet.
Hi Joanne, we loved staying at your cottage and we really liked the outlook and the greenery. The quality of the linen and towels was very high We will be recommending your cottage to friends and family. Thanks again for a remarkable stay
It was great staying and relaxing in the little country cottage in Mullumbimby Creek for a few days. I don't think I've heard cows mooing in such a long time, and it's quite calming. The cottage isn't too far from Australia's 'Biggest Little Town' of Mullumbimby which has everything you need, cafes and supermarket etc. The awesome seaside town of Brunswick Heads is only a 10 minute drive and the magical Byron Bay about 20 minutes. Joanne was very welcoming and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We would love to come and stay again. Thanks, Joanne.
My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. Joanne was a lovely host, incredibly helpful and considerate. The house itself was incredibly clean and comfortable and located in a peaceful area. I'd very happily stay there again.
really lovely family and could not do enough to help and supply extra bits we needed. the owner has gone to great efforts on all the beds and bedding really lovely. Plenty off space and the use of the pool was great for the kids. We were just outside a great town with lots of amienities and not far from great beaches and activities.we enjoyed our stay at the place thanks joanne and girls. x
