The unit consists of the main BR with queen bed and sitting room, the second BR has a double bed and third bedroom fitted with a king single. The bathroom has shower and full size bath. The well equipped kitchen has fridge, microwave, single electric hot plate and electric fry-pan and full range of crockery/cutlery, and table & chairs.
There is a library of books, DVDs, radio, TV, Laptop friendly work space, WiFi, ceiling fans for summer, heaters in winter and electric blankets. Bed linen, bath towels and robes, hair dryer and shampoo are provided with laundry facilities and ironing board available if required. Some pantry items are provided for a light breakfast.
The unit has its own front entrance and off street parking.
Access into Hazelwood Cottage is by 3 easy front steps. It is 3 mins level walk to the centre of town and all the cafes and facilities Mullumbimby has to offer.
Hazelwood Cottage is very close to Heritage park which is situated on the banks of the Brunswick River. Despite being within easy walking distance of the CBD the area is very quiet, shaded by large trees and visited by a multitude of birds at the end on each day.
The area is great for holidays and for tapping into the numerous health and wellness resources in the area, and for attending festivals. Byron Bay and the many favorite Hinterland and beach locations are all within 20 mins drive. Ballina and Gold Coast airports and the Margaret Ollie gallery are approximately 40 mins.
