PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Situated in the stunning Byron Hinterlands, with nearby towns of Byron Bay, Bangalow, Ewingsdale, Mullimbimby and Brunswick Heads is Myocum House, a spacious and immaculately presented four bedroom farmhouse. The open floorplan, expansive sliding doors and polished concrete floors create an inviting ambience, all situated on 100 acres of green expanse which can be enjoyed from every window.

Double wooden doors with ornate handles create the entry to this modern farmhouse. The open floor plan flows seamlessly from the chefs kitchen with Miele appliances to a stunning outdoor entertaining area with pizza oven and large dining table for those long afternoon lunches. The undercover deck has Bose surround sound speakers and overlooks the ionized swimming pool and further beyond to the beautiful greens cape.

There is a self contained guest pavilion situated just across the deck, this is a large space with king bed, en-suite bathroom and deck. Back in the main house the cosy lounge area has TV, Blu-ray and surround sound as well as a host of DVDs & books. There is a large separate utility room with washer and two dryers, an extra fridge freezer and chest freezer and indoor access to the garage.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a walk-in-robe and en-suite bathroom. It enjoys a deck complete with daybed overlooking the pool and across the green flats of paddocks. The second bedroom is equally as spacious with a queen bed, fitted wardrobes and also boasts a private deck & daybed. The third bedroom is set up with the family in mind. Two lots of bunk beds are installed to accommodate four toddlers or young children. There's also a toy chest with a few delights for the younger ages.

The Myocum House is ideal for adult getaways as well as families of all ages. The property has a swimming pool, swing, tree house, spring free trampoline and lots of open space for the children and adults to run wild. There is bio-dynamic orchard and vegetable garden for guests use.

This is a hideaway home, a place to relax and unwind. There is a strict no party policy.

RATES

Festive Season 20th Dec - 10th Jan & Easter$1,200 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Summer, Spring & Autumn School Holidays$900 per night or $5,800 per week, 5 night minimum stay

Long Weekends Jan, April & Oct$1,100 per night, 3 night minimum stays

Long Weekends May & June$900 per night, 3 night minimum stays

Splendour in the Grass$1,100 per night, 4 night minimum stay

All other times of the year, 3 night minimum stay$750 per night or $4,500 per week

Plus a $200 linen fee per booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
