This newly renovated unit sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms and features all new furnishings and fittings. Dine outside in the privacy of the back courtyard or enjoy the tropical gardens to the front. Perfect for couples or small families looking for an affordable holiday.

The apartment features a full kitchen, dishwasher, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ipod dock, plasma TV and sofa bed in the lounge. Extra bedding can be provided by request only.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location Close to the beach and amenities. Very clean. The only recommendations would be to put up a street number at the front of the property and better outside lighting. We arrived at night and it was difficult to find the condo.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It is what it is. The unit itself is beautiful. Great parking, heaps of room, nice outdoor area and a beautiful beach close to the unit. General upkeep was the only downer. While we were there - iron didn't work. Washing machine leaked all over laundry and neighbours were renovating. These were only small things and the realestate did fix all the problems for us. Overall it was an enjoyable place to stay. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to get caught up in the Byron bay party scene, but still close enough for a night out if u wish. I enjoyed my stay here. Cheers
