Modern and Immaculately presented, Belvedere luxury apartment is a spacious and stylish seaside property ideal for your vacation in Yamba.

From the moment you enter the building you will notice the modern flairof the design and the luxurious style of decorating and appliances. The owners have thought of everything!

At the entrance, take the staircase up to the apartment and you will be welcomed and awed by the beauty of the open plan living, dining and kitchen which is fully furnished with designer furniture and Miele appliances.

Off the kitchen take the sliding door exit and you will enjoy the expansive undercover entertaining area with alfresco dining on the private balcony, and a spectacular BBQ set-up along with an outdoor living area to enjoy the summer evenings. It's alfrescoliving at its best!

The kitchen is so well-equipped, with all modern appliances from convection ovens, steamers, blenders, dishwasher and crockery! Making cooking your family dinner time meal an actual treat!

If cooking is not your thing while on holidays. It is an easy walk up to the evening Restaurant district with your choice of Italian, Chinese, Burgers or Tapas. Or travel down to Coldstream Street where there is Thai, Mexican and Aussie style meals.

The master bedroom will take your breath away. It has a unique walk-in closet, a spacious bedroom which literally opens to the master bathroom with a large bath tub and shower stall. Directly off the bathroom there is a sliding door exit to your own private balcony. An ideal spot for the parents to take a breath from the family and enjoy a moments peace!

There are two other bedrooms in the apartment. One with a queen bed and the other with two singles which can be put together as a very comfortable king bed. There is a large family bathroom and off the interior laundry room there is even an extra loo.

Belvedere is ideally situated as you have 3 Yamba beaches only a "hop, Skip and a jump" away! Your choice of Main Beach, Convent Beach or Pippi Beachor choose from any of the other beautiful beaches in Yamba -Lovers Point, Turners and Whiting Beach, or a little further out is Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach & Back Beach. Or choose from fishing and water sports in the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Meander home after a morning of fun in the sun and turn on the Barbie for a yummy hot lunch.

Park the car and walk to the gift stores, boutiques, grocerystores or cafes, bars and restaurantsin Yamba's Main Street, less than 750m away, or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you could catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is also located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don't feel like walking, there's always the courtesy buses, which are run by both clubs, plus the Yamba Shores Tavern if you feel like a meal and a drink on the river.

Yamba's largest shopping centre, Yamba Shopping Fair is located on the way into town on Yamba Road, approximately 4.4kms away, or 10 mins drive. This facility includes a Coles, Target Country, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside this complex in Treelands Drive, arecafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.

Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20 minute drive away from Yamba, and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes. Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club,Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermans Co-op.

Major towns of Ballina and Grafton are within an hour's drive, both with airports, largershopping facilities.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely property but bad experience The unit is lovely however it appears to be poorly managed. When we booked in we were advised the air conditioning was not functioning and would be fixed the following morning. We booked into the property and discovered that the remote control to the garage door was not functioning. We had been advised that towels would be delivered to the unit later which occurred however only one bath mat was provided for 2 bathrooms. The remote control for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was not there and could not be operated but there was a small pedestal fan (apparently the ceiling fan situation had been reported at Christmas but not addressed). One of the bedside lamps in the master bedroom was not working. The air conditioning was not fixed the following day and we were advised it wouldn't be fixed for the duration of our stay. We had booked for 6 nights and specifically wanted air conditioning for 87 year old mother who had just had surgery. As a consequence we had to move to another property after 3 nights which was most inconvenient and costly as we were charged the booking fee and half the cleaning fee (we were going to be charged the entire fee of $140) although the property was not presented as advertised. The whole experience was well below expectations. However if everything was functional it is a great unit, well situated, well appointed and very comfortable.
