The property is able to cater for any style of holiday you are hoping for It's certainly a place to rest and recharge, offering several lounge, TV and chill zones but also offers much for the social ones. Upstairs there is a cosy Flatscreen TV/Blue Ray DVD/Foxtel area plus a more centralised and open plan separate sitting room. The kitchen and dining are also upstairs with commanding ocean views and is great for that happy hour and BBQ with friends whilst watching the sunset over the beach Downstairs are two more bedrooms and plus a bathroom and another large, comfortable and generous lounging space with Flatscreen TV/DVD/Foxtel entertainment. You will find a double sofa bed in the common lounge area. The backyard offers a fully fenced and safe grassy yard for kids to play backing onto Tomaree National Park reserve. Frontside has a double width driveway and garage for offstreet parking 4-6 vehicles. No worries about where to park the boat Otherwise wheel out the basketball hoop from the garage and play some one-on-one remembering to bring your own basketball.
Internal stairs connect the upper level to the downstairs space so unfortunately would not be suitable for those with a mobility disability. Guests with very small children might also find the staircase a challenge if the kids are not able to manage stairs well. We can provide a slide-in barrier for the top of the stairs for guests to use and suggest you let us know if this is required when booking so we can be sure you find it . Ceiling fans are installed throughout the property in addition to floor fans, heaters and a split system air conditioner upstairs. A collapsible infant Portacot and folding high chair is also supplied if needed. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and contains a large cafe style sandwich press, an automatic rice cooker as well as both Caffitaly and a Nespresso Coffee machines. Just remember to bring your Grinders, Gloria Jeans or Woolworths coffee pods for the Cafittaly or favourite Nespresso pods. The laundry is well equipped for large groups with an 11kg top load washing machine and 5kg sensor dryer or you will find an external clothes line. We provide most things needed to start your holiday including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet tissue plus a few kitchen and pantry essentials to make your arrival a little easier.

Anna Bay is only 30 mins drive from Newcastle Airport at Williamtown giving international guests the option to fly in, rent a car and beginyour holiday exploring the beautiful waterways of Port Stephens. Closest to the property you will find a calm ocean cove great for gentle paddling with small children whilst further along is the surf beach patrolled on weekends and public school holidays. The neighbourhood of Anna Bay is a quiet beachside town where you'll find a small village square providing all your needs including an IGA supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc. Major supermarkets are just a 10 minute drive to Salamander Bay or Nelson Bay. The only passing traffic will be those ambling barefoot to and from the beach just a short stoll away.
Don't want to cook? ..... No worries, you'll find Crest Cafe at Birubi Beach sits overlooking the ocean offering alfresco views and fresh options for breakfast and lunch and is only a short walk along the sand or by footpath. You'll also find a beach kiosk open for snacks and coffee all day long Nearby is a skate/scooter park, children's climbing equipment and an open reserve. Remember to bring the bikes, scooters, skateboards and balls Take a walk along the coastal cliffs, rockpools and natural coastal vegetation right on your back doorstep. The local area of Port Stephens has so many activities to offer from golfing, boating, fishing, diving, surfing, hiking, yachting, quad biking, camel riding, wineries, farmers markets, boutiques, cafes, fine dining, water sports and the list goes on.
