The beach is only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront from this 3 bedroom two storey duplex. Birubi Surf Beach is an easy flat walk. Upstairs has a spacious kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave. There is a 6 seat dining table. The living area has modern 2 x 2 and 1 x 3 seater leather lounges looking onto a TV &x26; DVD. There is also ducted air-conditioning upstairs only. The main bedroom is also upstairs with a 3 way bathroom- the shower is over the bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Downstairs are the other two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built-ins. There is a good sized courtyard with BBQ. The property sleeps up to 6 people. NO pets allowed. The garage will fit 2 small cars or a car and boat. LINEN &x26; TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
