Description

The Location - Carindale is located less than one kilometre from Nelson Bay Diggers RSL Club, just 700 metres from Nelson Bay's shops, cafes, restaurants, marina and beaches and just a few minutes drive to Shoal Bay. In the complex is an inground pool, tennis court and an undercover communal BBQ area, so there is plenty to do if you base yourself at Carindale, but not far to travel to explore the area either.

The Unit - This first floor unit has a balcony overlooking the tennis court. Air conditioned open plan living with a flatscreen TV, Foxtel, DVD player and a CD player anda fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven and cooktop. Two bedrooms queen bed, two single beds and a single fold up bed and one bathroom with shower and bath, plus an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Secure parking in a single lock up garage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good location Great place to stay. Was peaceful and quiet. Handy to the beach -only 5-10 in walk across the park to the beach. Good pool and had a hit on the tennis court. Unit overlooks tennis court. The only thing was parking in the garage. Not much space. We had a four wheel drive and ended up parking in outside car space. Unit was neat and tidy. Had everything you would need!
