The Location - Perfect for a Summer getaway or a Winter retreat, and all times in between, this is a spacious, double level penthouse apartment in the popular Aqua Mantra complex. The complex is situated at the top of town, within walking distance to boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants, the marina and the Nelson Bay waterfront (as well as a stone's throw from Nelson Bay Golf Club and Bowling Club). There is a heated pool and spa, children's water fountain, two communal BBQ's and a gym.

The Apartment - Modern and spacious with ducted air conditioning and free WiFi up to 10GB download. The lower level has a huge open plan living area combining gourmet kitchen, dining and entertainment in one. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven and cooktop, and an Aldi Expressi coffee machine (BYO Aldi pods). The living area has a large flatscreen TV with Blu-ray DVD player andCD player/iPod dock. Also on the lower level is the Master bedroom with king size bed, wall mounted TV, direct access to the patio anda huge ensuite with spa bath and heated towel rail, a separate study area for working, reading or just enjoying the peace and a separate powder room including laundry area with washer and dryer.

The upper level has the second bedroom with queen sized bed and north facing private balcony with outdoor furniture, the third bedroom with two single beds and two single trundle beds and the main bathroom with shower and third toilet, plus a sitting room/play area.

Enjoy alfresco dining on the private and expansive north facing patio with views overNelson Bay to the water and a large undercover entertainment area with outdoor setting for eight people and a Weber Q gas BBQ.

There is secure undercover parking for two cars and lift access to the apartment.

Personal linen is not provided but can be hired (pillow cases, sheets and towels), refer to booking registration on website. This property has a security deposit which must be finalised on arrival (via credit card pre authorisation or cash) as well as the completion of our guest registration form located on our website and confirmation email.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely spot We had a great stay at this lovely apartment, despite the super storm that came through while we were there. Totally comfortable but remember to bring your own sheets, towels, tea towels, bathmats, toilet paper etc. The apartment is really spacious and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Close to everything Great place to stay if theres a few of you just had a girls weekend 7 of us and heaps of room .The only thing that was a problem are the trundle beds the girls found them uncomfortable as springs stuck in there backs other beds are fine.Penthouse was dirty needs a good clean as when you think penthouse you expect the best id give a 2 out of 10 for cleaning

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious lovely apartment, prefect for a big family. there is two balconies the down stairs one is huge with its own BBQ and gets the sun all day. The bathrooms/toilets (3) are clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable and its in a good location. Will return again.
