What a fantastic location This apartment is located right across the road from the favourable 'Fly Point' beach, perfect for kids with its calm temperament and also great for snorkelling. The casual feel of this unit is perfect for a beachside holiday to remember. Access to the beach is down a path that meanders through the passionfruit trees leading to the white sand and sparkling water of the beach.
The comfortable unit has two bedrooms, the kitchen has a dishwasher and an above bench oven with hot plates. The washing machine is located in the bathroom and there is also a personal clothes line. The living area is open plan with a slight water view, but the bonus here is the fantastic roof top common area which has tables, chairs, two BBQ's and absolutely amazing views over Nelson Bay and the Marina.
There are two car spaces out the back of the complex which you access via Shoal Bay Road however the garage in the photo is not available. Park the car and everything is at your finger tips, the beautiful white sands across the road, the park directly behind with bike and skate parkand all wateractivities, restaurants, cafes and shops within a five minute walk on the pathway.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, NO PETS and NO PARTY policy in place.
