Ideal for families or couples holidaying together. This is not a party house and is in a quiet neighbourhood so is unsuitable for groups of young singles or for school groups.

The property is available fully self contained. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases.

All other bedding - quilts, doonas, pillows, as well as tea towels, cleaning materials etc are provided, including toilet paper, washing up and cleaning materials.

Port Stephens the perfect destination, just over 2 hours drive from Sydney, which offers something for everyone. It is the escape route for city-dwellers seeking relaxation and anyone who enjoys family activities and the pursuit of fun - a Blue water paradise of over 20 golden beaches with diverse Marine and National Parks.

With a resident population of bottle-nose dolphins, whales in season, spectacular bush-walking and flora, fauna and endless water activities, including snorkelling and diving in Marine Parks, fishing for marlin or one of the numerous inshore species of fish.

Play a round of golf on a world renowned golf course or simply sample some of the regions outstanding restaurants, boutiques and gift shops.

For the adventurous there is 4 wheel driving on the seemingly never-ending Stockton Beach.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful property! Will be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayscape. Three families were comfortably accomodated with large bedrooms, spacious living,dining and kitchen with exceptional amenities provided which were all of great condition.... absolutely loved the convenience of the Dyson vaccume cleaner when cleaning up after the kids! The location is in a great location, close to shopping centers. The owners were more than helpful with there communication and provided us with wonderful accomodation which we will definitely be returning to in the near future. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice house,not so good owner The house is really nice ,spacious with good location ..we enjoyed our 3 nights stay there The real problem started when we checked out and owner started giving us different excuses for not returning the bond .first he claimed the property was not in a reasonable state ..according to him and the cleaner ,they were expecting us spotless cleaning (the one you asked to do at end of the lease)..even they claimed we should clean all bugs and leaves from the balcony which were there from surrounding bushes . The owner than unsuccessfully claimed we dented outside fence .i asked for the proof and he backed off . It was not stopped there ,he claimed we took 9 knifes out of 12 ( yeah knifes) ..he claimed we did this not for money but just for Fun (like we don't have anything better to do with our lives ) Upon sending 5 emails ,he decided to return full bond (thank good ) not before alleging I was rude and think of myself superior than others .he even stalked me on the LinkedIn to double confirm my claims of working in the bank All the fun we had in previous 3 days was kind off turned into a stress ..I would only recommend this if you like to deal with difficult owner

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible property Incredibly clean, well-furbished and beautiful property. A tad difficult to find but the property itself comfortably sleeps 10 and has large recreational areas and a well-stocked kitchen. A 5-10 minute drive to a Woolworths/Coles/Aldi shopping town as well as One Mile Beach. Highly recommended

Before we arrived, I suggested to the owner that it would be an added bonus to have Wifi and this request was delivered. The property itself was very modern, comfortable and spacious.we stayed over Christmas and it was great to have a well- layed out kitchen, double oven and pots to prepare our massive Christmas Day feast. There was enough room to accommodate the 10 guests comfortably and the master bedroom with ensuite was spacious. The added bonus of a large front verandah with BBQ and outdoor setting, with views of the surrounding bushland set the ambience for our casual lunches , afternoon drinks and dinners. The area, being a little further from the beach, meant that a car was required and you couldn't just walk across to the beach. However, it did offer a quiet and relaxing change. We didn't worry too much about driving around as it meant that we visited the many beaches and restaurants and sights available to visitors in the area. Overall , our family loved the 8 days we spent at Bayscape. More than a "home away from home"!
