This top floor unit provides fantastic value and is located right in the centre of town and opposite the Marina. Spacious and comfortable open plan living and views over the water from the balcony and living area. Includes fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and benchtop convection oven, three bedrooms with the main having an ensuite, main bathroom with bath/shower, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Leave the car in the undercover secure parking for your entire holiday as it is only a short walk to the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find an assortment of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops and only a few minutes walk to the beach

Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good location Good location,close to everything (beach,restaurants,shops). We think that is time to make major reno as everything inside looks,smells and feels old. Great and secured undercover parking. We paid $150 extra for linen and towels which we think it is rip off.
