The Location - This neatly furnished, light and airy two bedroom townhouse is only a 500 metre level walk to the many delights of Nelson Bay Marina and the township of Nelson Bay.  Stroll into town for an evening meal or enjoy a refreshing drink on the balcony of the Hope Bar overlooking the Marina while you contemplate your next adventure. Perhaps take the kids down for an icecream at the Marina ice-creamery and watch the fishing boats coming into the bay as the sun goes down.  You will also find The Nelson Bay CBD and marina a convenienent place to book your dolphin-watching cruises, departing daily, whale watching adventures between mid-May and mid-November plus parasailing, jet ski hire, boat hire and childrens attractions during school holiday periods.

This townhouse has 2 good swimming beaches close by the lovely Dutchies Beach in one direction or the beautiful main beach of Nelson Bay both about a 3 minute drive away. You will find kayak and SUP hire at both ot these beaches during the warmer months. The tree-lined and very pleasant "Bridle Path" that  skirts the calm waters of Port Stephens is also very close by and great for the morning walk, jog or bikeride.  Further afield are the main shopping centres of Salamander Bay or the many fabulous beaches of One Mile, Fingal and Birbubi all patrolled during the summer months.
