The Luxury Bedding Set-up
The home sleeps up to 6 adults or two small families with 2.5 bathrooms and a full laundry. The three bedrooms are set up as two queens, one with ensuite and balcony, and the third has two large single beds. The beds are a dream. All are brand new and are furnished with Egyptian cotton sheet sets, plus there is a choice of pillow firmness from soft, medium, firm or memory foam. Beautiful white Egyptian cotton Australian made towelling is also provided, and separate towels are ready at the back door for use at the pool. Two foam mattresses are also available without linen.
The luxurious linen is provided in the rental pricing, but if you wish to bring your own and receive a discount, please don't hesitate to ask, but we reckon, 'You don't go on holidays to make beds and wash sheets!'
The all new furnishings create a beachy, yet classic chic fleur de lys feel with plantation shutters and subtle natural tones that calm the soul and sooth the senses. Yet you are in the thick of all the action.
Entertainment at Home
The lounge area features a large 42" LCD digital TV with CD, DVD, and BlueRay.
Dining and Kitchen
The dining area seats up to 8 people and opens out onto a pleasant shady rear courtyard. The full size stone bench top kitchen is fitted out with the latest stainless appliance to assist you prepare that gourmet meal, and has settings for eight, plastic settings for the kids, shatterproof gear for poolside and crystal wine glasses for the adults. Dad need not even wash up. The dishwasher can do the mundane work for everyone.
There are barbeque facilities poolside.
The home is part of a local community that shares the costs associated with a huge & sleekly modern pool and barbeque area. The ten meter by six meter pool with two separate barbeque areas and facilities is less than fifty meters from the rear of the property and situated in a wonderful elevated sunny north facing position.
Pool Closed: 1st May until 30th September.
There is off street parking and a double lock-up garage for guest use. If your careful you might even be able to borrow the kids fishing rods, scooters and bikes.
Heating and Cooling
Downstairs in the Kitchen, Dining and Living area there is a reverse cycle air conditioner, and upstairs in the bedrooms there is a fullyducted air conditioner and ceiling fans for thoes warm balmy nights and portable oil heaters for those rare chill nights.
