Description

The Location - Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court, established gardens and plenty of grass areas for the kids to play. Walk to Little Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ and a boat ramp. Only a few minutes drive to Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay for cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. The ideal location for a beachside holiday.

The Unit - Beachside Paradise, Unit 57, is on the ground floor and has a leafy garden outlook from the deck. There is a living/dining area with flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player and a Playstation 2 plus heaters and pedestal fans. A full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and upright stove, three bedrooms queen bed, two single beds and a tri bunk, main bathroom and ensuite and an internal laundry with washer and dryer.

Single secure car space plus an open offstreet car space. 

Personal linen is not provided but can be hired pillow cases, sheets, towels. If required, linen hire must be ordered prior to arrival.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handy spot to beach etc We stayed in this ground floor unit, close to the beach and walking distance to a IGA supper market and a great Bakery. Nice clean family unit, nothing fancy but a good spot for a family holiday. Good spa and pool at the unit block. Nice outlook with the gardens and trees. We hardly took the car out and just walked. A good take away shop just a short distance away.
