Description

Gorgeous sweeping water views and only the reserve between you and the water's edge; located midway between Nelson Bay town centre and Dutchmans Beach and the bonus of providing WIFI.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and both bedrooms have access to the second balcony, where you can enjoy the views over the bay. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a spacious and airy living / dining area that opens out onto the large wrap around balcony overlooking Nelson Bay.

There is a short walk along the coastal footpath just below to Dutchmans Beach and then on to Bagnalls Beach and beyond, with trees attracting a variety of colourful local birdlife. Nelson Bay Marina and the vibrant Nelson Bay town centre are a 10 minute walk in the other direction, where there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and a large supermarket.

Although this apartment is elevated, it is on the ground floor. You only have one flight of stairs from the secure garage or just a few steps from the extra reserved off-street parking space provided. There is also the convenience of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property; you have the option to either hire these or bring them with you.

NOTE: - WATERCRAFT ARE NOT PERMITTED ON PREMISES, HOWEVER AMPLE STREET PARKING IS AVAILABLE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing views, lovely property My husband and I stayed here for four nights and we couldn't have asked for anywhere better. The apartment is huge with a great living area to hang out in, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a meal in, and the wrap around Verandah is wonderful, with gorgeous water views! The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the Nelson Bay shops/restaurants and walking distance to Duchies Bay. We will definitely return if we have the chance!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Views We often stay at this lovely apartment and really enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean and scenery with trees with lots of birdlife. The apartment is very well equipped and in a convenient location close to marina, shops and walking tracks. We recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't have asked for better We booked here after not being able to get a three bedder we normally get in another block. And it worked out so well for us. We had less family come in the end so two beds was enough. The unit is in a fantastic location - beautiful outlook to the water through trees. Just a couple minutes walk to the wharf, restaurants and shops. The unit was spotless and well equipped. would definitely recommend it and we will be back!
