Opened in March 2017 Waterfront Jewel is the newest holiday house in the cove. You will find owners with 10 years plus experience in holiday management and a significant property updated in 2017.
From the moment you arrive you will be swept away with the breathless waterfront views from the many vantage spots. Clever layout allows guests to join together or find privacy and seclusion as required. The gently sloping grassy block has exquisite views of the Cove and its very own private sandy beach. Watch the diverse wildlife including Wallabies,dolphins and pelicans. whilst listening to the waves lapping the shore. Enjoy an early morning Kayak, Life jacket and Paddle provided. Go fishing or swim from the sandy beach. Launch your own small boat.
The property is neighbored on one side by a very quiet bush reserve, the addition of clever planting allows the feeling of space, a handy additional play space for children to explore yet still very private.
Known as the protected side of North Arm Cove, The house is bright and breezy with areas of both shade and light The gentle cooling breeze allows for maximum use of the waterfront in all weather, light the fire pit, toast marshmallows. watching the moon rising over the water is a particular favorite. Waterfront Jewel will not disappoint as there is something for everyone.

Large gum trees and shady spaces provide a lovely space to view the bird life which abounds, Wallabies, Parrots,Lorikeets, Rosella's are all bountiful and the morning song is truly beautiful. The front garden is well fenced but not pet secure. A secure fenced pet area will be available from July 2017.

The lounge room is super comfy featuring Large leather recliner lounges and chairs, a large plasma TV with Foxtel, wood heater for those chilly winter evenings and plenty of firewood.Books, CD/DVD player, extensive Games cupboard,includes lots of old favorites, play chess, monopoly, battleships,puzzles, lots more. The view from this area is amazing through full height glass doors and windows through to the outside patio and outdoor eating space for 6 or 12 in two table settings.
The dining space seats 8 with additional chairs to 10, table linen, glasses, serving platters, and all with the amazing view. The dining experience is set for up to twelve The dining space flows through to the kitchen and outside BBQ space where there is a 6 burner gas BBQ. There are additional outdoor table options to enjoy by the BBQ or down by the waterfront.
Kitchen is large and functional with a significant pantry and refrigeration , The inventory list is extensive, wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread and coffee brewing. Herbs and spices, basic pantry items.
The house has multiple heating and cooling options. The house design allows for through breeze however reverse cycle aircon in the family room keeps the inside cool on those very hot days. A brand new wood stove in the living area with wood supplied, plus the reverse cycle aircon in the family area is more than sufficient to heat the whole house, in addition the queen beds have electric blankets and 2 oil heaters can be moved from room to room if you need additional heating. The house is a modern insulated, draft free home and very cool in summer and warm in winter.
The current boat ramp is in poor repair and will be upgraded throughout 2017. Currently there is a brand new boat ramp for small boats at the reserve 20m away.
Waterfront Jewel is a water tank property, suitable for all ages from elderly guests to families, and is pet friendly after consideration with the owners.
