Description

Completely renovated throughout Sea La Vie offers comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, stylish kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern appliances, an entertainment balcony with gas BBQ plus a 2nd indoor outdoor room, a double lock-up garage and plenty of off street parking for a 2nd car and your trailer boat.

Offering floorboards throughout, the main lounge area has white leather seating including 2x 2 seaters plus a double sofa lounge, a 42 inch flat screen TV, FOXTEL, DVD, CD player, i-pod dock, floor fans, electric heating and FREE Wi-Fi. The newly installed kitchen is adjacent to the main lounge area and has a wall oven, stove-top, dishwasher, microwave, a fridge / freezer and a servery bar. Step through the kitchen to the dining room which includes a table and 6 chairs plus a high chair for the little one and sliding door access to a front covered full length balcony with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. There is a 2nd indoor/outdoor living area off the main lounge which offers wicker lounge suite to relax with a good book or a nice glass of wine.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe, a 26 inch flat screen TV with FOXTEL, DVD, pedestal fan, electric heating plus a private ensuite bathroom with glass shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has floorboards, a tri-bunk bed, built-in robe, a ceiling fan and electric heating with the 3rd bedroom offering another queen size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe, ceiling fan and electric heating. The main bathroom can be accessed by via the main lounge or directly from the 3rd bedroom and has a glass shower, vanity and toilet. This property also offers a port-a-cot and high chair for young families. There are internal laundry facilities which include a top loading washing machine and dryer. This property also offers a double lock-up garage, driveway parking for 2 vehicles or a trailer boat and all with 100m walking distance to the waters edge. This property will also allow for your family dog Extra $50 per pet / per week outside only.

The 2 lane all-tide boat ramp at Shoal Bay has recently been renovated as well as the public BBQ facilities along the foreshore for fun picnics with family and friends. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great place to stay! Overall it was a very nice house to stay at and am very satisfied. However one of the air conditioners did not work, as well as the automatic garage door. Also be aware that the driveway has a steep dip that may scratch the lip of your car.
