Sandy Toes, as this property is known, is an oasis tucked away on a quiet street in Shoal Bay approximately halfway between serene Shoal Bay Beach with its boutique shops and restaurants; and the SLSC and cafe at lively Fingal Bay Beach. This very private property is an easy walk or bikeride along paved paths to either, so take your pick Or explore the three more secluded beaches of Zenith, Wreck or Box Beach in between.

This recently renovated four bedroom, two bathroom home offers three bedrooms and two living areas in the main, plus an added queensland room featuring a sunroom and fourth bedroom where you can hear the waves of Fingal Bay at night. There is a laundry room with washing machine and sink, with direct access to an outdoor clothesline. The 8m pool is surrounded by tropical gardens and overlooked by the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the comfort of ducted air conditioning and heating throughout, or open the doors and windows for beautiful sea breezes. There are three covered areas for shelter on rainy days, including a large, outdoor, covered, entertaining area looking onto the landscaped backyard - perfect for enjoying breakfast outside or a BBQ on a summer afternoon.
