This 2 bedroom unit has been transformed into a comfortable family holiday destination and includes a tiled open plan living area flat screen TV, DVD, water views and access to the main shared balcony with outdoor seating – beach to the left and bushland to the right. The family size kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, under bench oven, glass stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer plus plenty of bench space including a breakfast bar with 2x stools. The main bedroom has a double size bed, with the 2nd bedroom offering 2x bunk beds. The bathroom has a glass shower, vanity and toilet. Other features include use of the shared laundry with washing machine and communal outdoor clothes line, plus 1x single allocated carport space and 1x open car space under Shoal Towers Building will allow for 2x vehicles or 1x vehicle with a small axle trailer boat / jet skis.

The Shoal Bay Foreshore provides FREE picnic and BBQ facilities, a grassed area for the kids to play and a beautiful swimming beach. Pathways line the waterway down to the eastern end of Shoal Bay where you can challenge yourself to walk to the top of the lookout, cast a line at the many rock ledges or surf the waves on Zenith Beach. The Nelson Bay CBD and marina are only minutes by car approx. 2.8km away where dolphin watching cruises depart daily, whale watching adventures between mid-May and mid-November plus parasailing, jet ski hire, boat hire, stand-up paddle boarding and children’s attractions during school holiday periods.
