This stylish duplex offers modern holiday living and is located across the road from Soldiers Point beach. With wonderful water views from the upstairs main living dining area, the home offers the best of outdoor living on the covered balcony with gas BBQ, furnishings and views across the water.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and living room (sofa bed suitable for a child) with flat screen TV with sliding door access to a small rear private yard. The laundry offers a front load machine.

Upstairs is the combined main living area with flat screen TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen and the master bedroom with ensuite. There is also an additional toilet with vanity.

A remote control double garage and driveway is available for parking.

There is a public park with swings for the children as well as community tennis courts which are available for hire all year round.
