Positioned in the secure gated estate of The Moorings Soldiers Point, this spacious townhouse is perfect for golfing groups, travelling bowlers as well as annual family holidays with enough space for the kids friends.

LEVELS 1 + 2: There is ground level entry into the property where you will be greeted by a large entry foyer, light filled void and internal courtyard with outdoor setting. Step around to discover the main living area offering new lounge suite, 43 inch flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, contemporary side tables and views over the large dining area and rear courtyard. Step down to a 2nd living area with swimming pool views, cane furnishings including 2x lounges and a dining setting for 6 guests, CD player and a 2nd TV. The equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and includes a wall oven, grill, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer plus a 2nd mini bar fridge to keep your drinks cold. Guest have full use of the laundry facilities including the top loading washer and dryer.

LEVELS 3+ 4: The main bedroom is located on level 3 and includes a queen size bed, side tables, cane lounge, mirrored built-in robe, pool views, balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom with skylight, wood panel features a bath to relax, shower (over bath), toilet and vanity with built-in hand rail. The 2nd bedroom offers 2x single beds, side table, built-in robe, pool views and balcony access. On level 4 you will find a 3rd bedroom which has 2x single beds as well as the main bathroom that has a corner spa bath, step-in shower, vanity and separate toilet.

LEVEL 5: There is a loft bedroom on level 5 with 2x additional single beds and side table plus another lounge to sit and read a book (area suitable for adults or older children).

Other features include a single lock-up garage space, a 3rd toilet on the entry level, a paved courtyard with timber outdoor setting and gas BBQ, full use of the in-ground swimming pool (closed during winter months) as well as a private boat mooring (berth #13) right at the back gate.

Take a short 400m stroll up to the award winning and internationally renowned Soldiers Point Marina, where you will discover fine dining at The Point Restaurant or a relaxing atmosphere at The Deck Restaurant below with both offering amazing sunsets. Soldiers Point Bowling Club is just around the corner (approx. 1.1km away) where the family can enjoy bistro meals including childrens play area, entertainment plus roll-up bowls. Be sure to bring your golf-clubs as Horizons Championship Course and Pro-shop is only a short drive away (approx. 5.3km). Soldiers Point is a quiet and relaxing area although the action is not too far away with the Nelson Bay CBD, marina and attractions 11.6km from the property. But if you prefer to stay home then grab the esky, your fishing rod and sit on the beach or jetty right out front. Guest needing to launch a vessel will have access to a 4 lane all tide boat ramp and trailer parking just 500m from the townhouse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic property fantastic location The property was fantastic, very clean and lots of levels to keep the children entertained. The pool was such a bonus and the location right on the beach just perfect. Ideal for a large family or families holidaying together!
