Cooma is home to the Snowy Mountains scheme, the biggest civil engineering project ever undertaken in Australia when they were still recovering from the costs of the Second World War. Set along the Monaro Highway, Cooma is the largest town in the Snowy Mountains region with a population of 8, 000. As you drive towards Jindabyne from Thredbo, enjoy the snow caped peaks in the distance. There is a magnificent outlook over Lake Jindabyne, which receives the flow from the Snowy River as well as its tributes, the Thredbo River and Eucumbene River.
The town's family attractions include Crime Through Time Museum, Birdsnest Fashion Centre and a number of heritage sites and bike trails.
A serviced apartment that is situated just on the outskirt of the township as you head towards the Snowy Mountain Highway, and is located on the right. There's 3 generous size bedrooms;

With 4 hours and 16 minutes drive from Sydney to Cooma, and about 1km extra drive once you reach the township (just over the hill crest beyond Royal Hotel), is where we are located. Nestled in a quiet location off the main street is what attracts travellers from couples to families, also seeking a place for a holiday away from home in a relaxed and cosy environment.
We have a large property which allows for animal trailers, camper trailers and trucks of all sizes to park safely.
