Aalen 2 is a stand alone house, with a small yard, just a 2 minute flat walk from the shops and restaurants of Jindabyne. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is a large room that doubles as a studio, with a double bed, ensuite and small kitchenette. A fold away bed can accommodate a 3rd person or child in this room.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 twin beds, and share a bathroom, with separate toilet for busy mornings. The kitchen/dining/lounge is a large room with plenty of seating for your family or group. There is a sofa bed in the lounge to allow sleeping for an extra 2 guests.
Spread out between 2 entertainment areas each with TV and DVD,
Walk out from the lounge to a garden equipped with BBQ, and enjoy the lake views. (not visible from the lounge unfortunately)
Although Aalen 2 is in the middle of town, it is situated behind Aalen 1, in a quiet area of Jindabyne. All the convenience of being close to town, with none of the stress. 2 off street parking spaces are available.
A fully fenced yard means you may bring a pet, but please not in the house for the comfort of other guests. A sheltered area will be available close to the lounge.

If you do not need 3 bedrooms, enquire about the studio option, which is available in budget season, priced at 60% advertised rates for 3 bedroom property. The studio includes a double bed, TV, kitchenette, and a 3rd single fold out bed.
Aalen 2 is fully equipped with a modern kitchen with dishwasher, full laundry, including dryer. All rooms have heaters, and the main living area is air conditioned for summer escapes.
Jindabyne is a small active town situated 200km south of Canberra, the nations capital. You can reach Jindabyne by bus 5 days a week, but it is best to have your own vehicle, as many of the major attractions need independant travel.
Year round activities include Mountain Bike riding, Kayak, Sailing, Fishing, Golf, Hiking, HorseRiding, water skiing, wake boarding, motorbike cruising (eg annual Snowy Ride), site seeing etc. With its fresh mountain air, Jindabyne is rapidly becoming a popular place for city dwellers to escape the hustle and bustle of Sydney or Canberra.
