Clean and comfortable 2 storey apartment in a small block of 9 townhouse style apartments.

Features 3 Bedrooms ,2 with Double/Queen bed and 1 with double bunks. 2 bedrooms with built in Wardrobes. All bedrooms and living areas heated. Kitchen and dining facilities include Fridge, microwave,stove/oven,cutlery/crockery and utensils.

Bathroom with Washing Machine and clothes Dryer.

Ironing facilities

Features a relaxing sauna to enjoy after a hard day skiing or boarding.

Alpen Glen is no smoking and no pets allowed.

The premises are rented to you for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the payment receipt. Keys must be returned to THE BASE in winter or Jindabyne Real Estate outside of winter by 10.00am on the day of departure. PLEASE NOTE due to cleaning workloads in winter, delays may be experienced for check in times.

Booking Information

Cancellation Policy - bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a loss of the total booking fee paid. Bookings cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival will incur a Cancellation fee of 50 of total invoice value. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100 of total invoice value.

4: A copy of credit card details and drivers licence is required at check in.

A fully refundable security bond of $400 is payable prior to check in. Security Bonds cover cleaning outside normal requirements, excessive garbage, damage, breakage/s, loss of property, lost keys and late departure. No bond, no key - no exceptions.

5: The property owners reserve the right to refuse any booking at any time without

reason.

6: The premises must be kept in a tidy state and the number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds, or the number of same as stated on the confirmation. Furniture must not be moved or rearranged. Failure to abide by this condition can result in additional charges or eviction from the premises.

7: The property in offered to you in a clean and functional condtion. Upon departure the property must be left in a clean, tidy condition with all garbage put in rubbish bins. All food brought into the property must be removed or disposed of. An additional charge will be applied for cleaning considered to be beyond normal expectations, excessive rubbish removal, and loss/non return of keys.

8: All damage, breakages or losses incurred during your time of occupancy are your responsibility and must be reported and paid for by you. Any unreported damage, breakage or loss discovered following you departure will result in any charges associated therewith being applied against the security bond provided by you upon collection of keys. An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by the owner or agent should the need arise.

Under NO circumstances are animals or related species permitted on or inside the premises. Any breach of this condition will incur an automatic carpet cleaning fee of $300 AND any additional charges relating to exess cleaning and damage to any part of the property.

9: For your security and safety, please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the premises as weather conditions can change suddenly, causing damage to personal and owner's property. Attention needs to be given to the security of the property dues to the high incidence of crime in holiday seasons. No responsibility is taken by the agent or the owner/s for the tenants' personal property.

10: Strata by-laws and council regulations must be complied with. We ask that consideration be given to other guests with respect to noise, parking and other issues that affect the peaceful enjoyment of others. A copy of the regulation by-laws as determined y the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 should be kept in the unit for your information.

11: Owners have the right to refuse any booking at any time without reason.

12: Owners participate in the Bad Book register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, including any guests, breach our Terms and conditions you Name, Phone number and email along with details of the breach/breaches may be disclosed to the property landlord and/or other agents participating the Bad Book register. Owners reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest may be registered on Bad Books.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for weekend visit 4 of us stayed- 2 couples. Really warm, loads of space, everything you could need really. Its not super modern but your barely there so doesn't matter. Owners super nice and helpful. 15min stroll to town - would highly recommend

Arranged everything for us in a very short time as we booked the day before we stayed. The apartment has everything you could need, and lots of space for everyone, easily fits 6 people. Also the fact there were 2 off street car parks was excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Affordable group accomadation. As a family of five, finding affordable accomadation , without having to have separate rooms is not easy. Alpineglen, provided comfortable sleeping for six people, with two downstairs bedrooms, and a further double upstairs. The bathroom and laundry were also downstairs, along with a sauna. The accomadation is fairly basic, ( meaning not high end furnishings )however it was clean and provided everything needed, like kitchen utensils toaster etc. We stayed in the summer, and found it to be a good base central to everything. The only thing that would need to be noted for families would be the spiral stair case, which is not easy for young kids. The owner was easy to deal with and looks to provide a good holiday home. Would use this accomadation again with no hesitation.
