You will find the under cover deck a delight to relax in the mornings or evenings. The comfortable lounge equipped with TV and DVD can be warmed by gas heating for those chilly nights.
The entire Chalet is available for your use including the outside locker for bikes or skis and the inside drying room.
Your hosts will greet you on your arrival and if you have any queries during your stay they are only a phone call away.
Your chalet is one of 12 others that are unattached and spaced out overlooking the property. The main 'Lodge' complex is situated on another part of the 125 acre property.
We don't separate the Friday nights from the Saturday nights. Breakfast not included. The Adventist Alpine Village is a non-smoking and non-drinking venue. Our guests wash and put away dishes, vacuum the living area and turn off heater and lights as they depart.
The Adventist Alpine Village is only 3.5km from the business centre of the alpine town of Jindabyne situated beside the beautiful Lake Jindabyne. From the AAV it only take 35 minutes to drive to the Snowy Mountains ski centres of Thredbo and Perisher Valley. The Snowy Mountains Alpine National Park is a meca for Mountain biking, fishing, bushwalking and wild flower observing.
All year round there are 2 buses from Australia's Capital, Canberra, and more often in the winter season. By car it is a pleasant 2 hour drive from Canberra to your own private car park outside your chalet, with extra spaces for other members of your party.
