The apartment is a first floor apartment with off street parking. Bright and airy, fully self-contained with a modern kitchen. Comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 large living areas, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
Bedroom 1 has a king size split bed. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 x bunk sets.
There is a kids play area and cubby house. Feed the chickens your scraps and they will supply you with fresh eggs for breakfast. Catch a fish, access the local MTN bike trails or laze around the edge of the lake all from the backyard
The apartment is all a short stroll to enjoy Jindabyne's amenities including local club, pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants, movie theatre, banks, post office, newsagent and the National Parks info centre, local parks (including skate park).
The owner resides in the unit above therefore not a party place but a tranquil setting with friendly owner available to answer any questions.
Linen and towels are included.
50% deposit is required to secure the apartment with the balance paid 28 days prior to date of arrival.
$300.00 cash bond is required at check in. Bond is refunded by EFT once the apartment has been cleaned.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.
SKI SEASON Bookings limited to: Friday and Saturday Nights (2 nights); Friday to Thursday Nights (7 Nights); Sunday to Sunday Nights (7 Nights); or Sunday to Thursday Nights (5 Nights). Excepting some dates in June and September and long weekends. Please enquire for exceptions.
