Cobb & Co 3 is a spacious onebedroom unit located in a quite complex on Cobbon Crescent, a short 10 minute walk into the centre of Jindabyne. Fully self contained with kitchen including dishwasher and concealed laundry. Electric heating in bedroom and reverse cycle in living area. Single carport at rear of property. One queen bed in the bedroom and double sofa in the lounge,can sleep up to fourguests.NOTE: this is not a pet friendly property

Centrally located in Jindabyne, only 30-40 minutes drive to Thredbo or Perisher Ski Resorts. Jindabyne is part of the Snowy Mountains region, offering a range of activities for all seasons including skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, downhill mountain biking, horse riding, water sports, canoeing, kayaking, water-skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, boating and camping. Jindabyne town surrounds the beautiful Lake Jindabyne and has an array of restaurants, dining and shopping.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good place overall Quality unit with quality appliances. Good range of inclusions. Internal laundry and undercover parking. Comfortable lounge. Plenty of hot water. Good location, across the road from a trail around the lake and not far from the original Jindabyne centre. Looked really clean but long hairs kept appearing on the bathroom floor (we both have short hair) obviously brought in from elsewhere in the unit. Air con only efficient with lounge doors closed and had to be turned off at 11pm. I stay up late and supplementary oil heating didn't cope. Small or large oil heater in the bedroom hardly made a difference. Bed too low and ok but not hugely comfortable. Overall, unit was good, heating could be improved.
