OUTSIDE SNOW SEASON We only offer Apartments 1 and 2 as described below. Prices are for apartment 2, and in most cases prices should be accurate for on-line bookings for 2 or more nights outside snow season. For unit 1 or 1-night stays please complete an enquiry form so we can email you quotes. Note that a 1-night-stay is not much less than 2-nights due to fixed cleaning & admin costs per booking, but Stayz don't give us an option to enter valid 1-night prices here.
DURING SNOW SEASON Prices are based off the 2-bedroom apartment Apartment3 for max 6 people AND these prices are indicative only. We must email you quotes for the snow season please do NOT use the online Request Booking feature for snow season, instead scroll down and click on "Send a Message".
OVERALL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
We have 4 self-contained apartments in the Centre of Jindabyne. Three of these were recently renovated. One apartment has 2 bedrooms and the other three apartments have 3 bedrooms each.
The larger apartments can hold up to 10, 9 and 7 people respectively and the smaller one 6.
The apartments are located at 18 Ingebyra St Jindabyne, only 550metres from Nuggets Crossing Shopping Centre and countless restaurants and bars.
SEPARATE APARTMENT DESCRIPTIONS
3-BEDROOM APARTMENT 1
Apartment 1 was renovated in June 2015. This apartment has 3 large spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a wraparound outdoor balcony with gas BBQ and great views overlooking Lake Jindabyne. Andorra 1 features a spacious living room, large open plan fully-equipped kitchen and dining-room. It has excellent heating throughout, TV, DVD, and CD Player. There is also a communal coin-operated laundry and a private lock up ski storage area. Two off-street parking spaces, plus ample street parking. Sleeps 10: Bedroom1 = King or can be two singles; Bedroom2 = Single + Double with Single above; Bedroom3= 2 sets of bunks.
3-BEDROOM APARTMENT 2
Apartment 2 was renovated in June 2015. Andorra 2 has 3 sizeable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment features a spacious living room, large open plan fully-equipped kitchen and dining-room. It has excellent heating throughout, TV, DVD, and CD Player. There is also a communal coin-operated laundry. Two off-street parking spaces, plus ample street parking. Sleeps 9: Bedroom1 =Queen; Bedroom2 = Double with Single above; Bedroom3= 2 sets of bunks. until 5 June 2017 this bedroom has a king bed that splits into 2 singles.
Apartment 3 was renovated in 2013. Andorra Apartment 3 features a spacious living room & an open plan fully-equipped kitchen/dining-room with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has excellent heating throughout, TV, DVD, and CD player. There is also a communal coin-operated laundry. Two off-street parking spaces, plus ample street parking. This apartment sleeps 6 in its bedrooms: Bedroom 1 = King or can be two singles; Bedroom 2 = 2 sets of bunks.
3-BEDROOM APARTMENT 3
This is a well maintained apartment located right next to Andorra. It has a ground level location featuring views of Lake Jindabyne. It poses a spacious open plan area with TV, DVD, video and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, fridge and all crockery and utensils. This area leads onto a veranda with BBQ facilities and access to a grassy backyard. There is one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry/drying room with a lockable equipment storage cupboard outside. Two off-street parking spaces, plus ample street parking. BEDS: Bedroom 1 = King can be two singles, Bedroom 2 = 2 Singles can be a queen Bedroom 3 = Double with Single above.

PRICES FOR THIS PROPERTY ARE NOT ALWAYS CORRECT: Stayz allows little detail with prices. In any case SNOW-SEASON prices we have set are based on the 2-bedroom unit not the 3-bedroom units. In some cases Stayz auto-calculates prices based upon their own inexplicable pricing formulas. We will quote you exact prices if you send us an enquiry. Don't pay attention to automatic replies stayz emails you. Real prices will come in emails from "Ski Kaos", not Stayz.

ACCOMMODATION DATES: The full 2017 snow season runs from 10th June – 2nd October the first night being Fri 9th June
ACCOMMODATION DAYS OF THE WEEK: the best value days of the week to book for are always for 5-nights arriving on any Sunday. Weekends Fri+Sat nights are pricey by comparison.
