Open plan lounge/dining opens to an outside sitting area, giving splendid views of the Tinderry & Clear Range mountains. Escape to Laurobel Cottage, nearby to Canberra City and Cooma NSW. There are 2 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 king size bed and a single sofa bed in the common area. Complimentary linen and towels are provided. A second toilet/outhouse is located just outside the cottage to cater for the larger groups.
Guests have access to the entire cottage and have access to 100 acres to enjoy the views and bush walks. Or take part in feeding the beautiful Alpaca's, goats, Suffolk sheep, turkey, ducks and chickens.
We do not offer Wifi, however, there is excellent phone reception.
Complimentary breakfast is provided which consists of a selection of cereals, eggs, tea and coffee. We supply these items upon initial arrival, we do not maintain these items free of charge for guests during extended stays. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer and all the comforts to make your stay comfortable. There is also a gas BBQ located outside the cottage and a washing machine.
Use of the swimming pool during warmer months not available in Winter for all guests. Drought restricted.

IMPORTANT: Weemala Lane is located on our neighbour's property, it is a right of carriageway to our property only and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are guests permitted to loiter in this area or leave our property on foot to explore this or any of the adjoining properties. It is a strict requirement of guests who stay on our property that they agree to this 'house rule' and do not trespass on any of our neighbour's properties.
Interaction with guests
We are happy to interact with our guests should they request it and equally happy to leave them alone should they want to keep to themselves.
