LAYOUT This house is a split level style property with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining table perfect for the family. The main bedroom located downstairs with an ensuite and laundry just off the kitchen area. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the upper level of the house.

OUTSIDE There is a small courtyard near front of the unit and you are located directly opposite Casey’s beach. There is a carport for your use. Opposite the park and Casey’s Beach.
