This upper level accommodates 12 it has 3 bedrooms and a sleep outs with main kitchen, BBQ with outdoor setting and lounge on spacious deck, spa bathroom with toilet.
The ground level has a studio sleeping another 4 guests and laundry with another shower and toilet. This can also be rented to accommodate an additional 4 guests at an extra tariff. This makes accommodating 16 guests possible.
There are ocean glimpses lol through the trees from the upper level. Especially on a windy day, the view would have been spectacular before the trees grew so big and tall
Stroll to the end of the street and turn left to hook up with a 10 minute picturesque walk along the esplanade that takes you past the yachts to the restaurants, cafe's, bars, pubs, clubs, cinema and shopping etc at the heart of the Bay.
Turning right at the end of Pacific street is Beach road which is the main road to take you to all the beautiful surf beaches. Beach towels are supplied at this property for your use.
Walking distance to all the Bay has to offer. ie
Cafe, Taverns, Clubs and Pubs
newsagents, gift and book stores.
Banks, boutique shops and shopping malls.
boat ramps, bay beaches and fishing spots.
RSL Soldiers Club and Catalina Golf club and golf coarse.

Mogo is a short 10 min drive away and has arts, crafts, gift, eateries and produce shops
And the Mogo Zoo.
Parties and Functions are STRICTLY prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Due to respect for my elderly neighbours loud noises will NOT be tolerated after 9pm. Without their blessing this wonderful house would not be available for holiday use. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. ESPECIALLY WHEN DISTURBING THE PEACE. IMMEDIATE EVICTION WILL RESULT. My neighbors phone me when these conditions are broken. This property is within walking distance of the two biggest clubs in Batemans bay so your partying should be done there.
The large fully equiped kitchen with spacious living and dining areas has character 10 foot ceilings.
There is a relaxing spa bath in the main bathroom along with shower, hand basin and toilet.
There is an outdoor upper deck partially covered for all weather type alfresco living with a large 6 burner hooded BBQ. Gas bottle is supplied.
3 large bedrooms sleep up to 9 guests. The sunroom have a queen bed one end and a single bed in the other that can sleep another 3 guests. totalling 12 guests.
The bed configuration is
Master - queen and a single bed.
Bedroom 2 - double and a single bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 - queen
Sunroom - double bed and a single bed.
A travel cot can be found stored in the bunk room wardrobe.
All linen is supplied with comfortable beds made up ready for your arrival.
Fresh clean bath and beach towels are supplied
A tandem GARAGE separates the cleaners unit from the rest of the property. In the garage you will find boogy boards, googles, snorkels and flippers that you may borrow and return respectfully for your enjoyment.
The STUDIO apartment has a queen bed and a single bed and spare floor mattress that sleeps up to 4 guests. it has basic cooking facilities with a bar fridge, microwave, jug, crockery toaster and utensils. Clean Linen is supplied again with beds made up ready for your arrival.
The LAUNDRY, downstairs adjoining the studio, besides having a washing machine, dryer and large laundry sink also houses the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is a large back yard with vehicle access and a large flat area suitable for motor home and boat storage and or camping and cricket or soccer games.
