The house is split into 2 sections allowing guests to accommodate up to 6 adults in the main house and another 2 adults and 2-3 children in the pavilion.
The main house has three queen bedrooms with French doors opening out to the entertaining deck by the pool. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed plus a stunning Travertine ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom two and three also have queen beds and glorious views to wake up to.
All beds are decorated with luxurious bed linen to sink into after your day of exploring Berry and surrounds.
The stylish main travertine bathroom offers a bath to have a relaxing soak in plus a separate shower.
There is a provincial style kitchen with stone bench tops, an induction cook top, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee machine. The kitchen flows into a beautiful light filled breakfast room.
There is a separate pavilion with 2 bedrooms - a loft bedroom offering a queen bed and a downstairs bedroom with a single bunk bed. There is a small bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities set up for guests staying in the pavilion.
A double sided fireplace separates the formal living and dining area which both open up through French doors to the wide verandah overlooking the salt water pool and spa. Enjoy dining in the formal dining room or entertain out on the deck so you can enjoy the magnificent views.
Guests are welcome to help themselves to some of the fruit in the enclosed orchard when in season.
The house also includes a laundry/service room for guest convenience.

The rate for Christmas, New Year and through to the end of the January school holidays is $5000 per week plus the $38 booking fee.
