Key features - Cliff House sits 450 metres above sea level. To the west, the property is surrounded by the pristine Cambewarra Range Nature Reserve which extends from Kangaroo Valley to the coast. From the front deck and pool, enjoy views of Jervis Bay, Mount Coolangatta, the broad reaches of the Shoalhaven River and Seven Mile Beach, Gerroa and in the foreground, the beautiful undulating farm lands surrounding Berry.
Configuration - Cliff House is a single store home with saltwater pool and 1.5 acres of grounds. There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is located privately in one wing of the home and the other three bedrooms are in a separate wing.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, spectacular views, a parents' retreat living area with bean bags and small screen TV plus one set of single bunks located in a nook. Perfect for parents with two younger children. The bunks are not suitable for adults.
Bedroom two has a queen bed with views and access to the garden. Bedroom three has a double bed with views to the garden. Bedroom four has a king single with views to the garden from the sliding glass door.
There are two shared bathrooms, one with shower over bath, large vanity, washing machine, large mirror and separate toilet located close to the living area and bedrooms two, three and four. The second is located near the master bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
The property two living areas - one as part of an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with majestic views, and a second fireplace room with a leather easy chair, combustion wood fireplace, and bean bags - the perfect space for relaxation and contemplation.
The kitchen has electric stove and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and is well stocked with glasses, crockery, cutlery and serving dishes.
Outdoors - Cliff House has a five metre saltwater pool in a fenced area adjacent to the house and view deck. The property also has 1.5 acres of lawns and gardens. The house also has a gas BBQ for use by guests.
Heating and cooling - Cliff House has a spit system air conditioning unit in the main living / dining area. There is a wood fireplace in the second living area and heaters in the bedrooms for the cooler months.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for four cars on the driveway.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/ WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay

This home is located on the escarpment, so please remain in the grassed area and do not venture into the unfenced rainforest bush area at the front of the property, where the cliff edge is situated
