Located only 200m from picturesque Camel Rock Beach this house will provide the perfect location for a relaxed family holiday in very comfortable surrounds, accommodating up to 8 people. The house is sunny, well lit and has a large north-easterly facing deck attracting cooling breezes throughout the warmer months, and a very efficient gas heater to keep you snug in winter. The yard is fully fenced so children and pets can play safely. You can enjoy the best of both worlds with the ocean on one side and beautiful Wallaga Lake on the other. The property is 10 minutes drive to the main street of Bermagui and in walking distance to the nearby caravan park shop.

This location offers ideal walking tracks; south to Bermagui, either via the pet friendly beach, or a coastal track that runs parallel to the beach, and north over Murunna Point to the mouth of the lake and one of the most beautiful views in the southern hemisphere You can also walk around Wallaga Lake, from Beauty Point to Regatta Point, so lots to keep you active and entertained without having to use the car.

Living areas and bedrooms for guests are all located upstairs

Bedroom 2 - 2 x sets double bunks, free-standing wardrobe and dressing table

Sofa bed in lounge room converts to double bed with linen in blanket box

Bathroom: Shower, vanity unit, bath. Separate toilet

Lounge Room: Open plan living with 1 x 3 seater lounge & 1 x 2 seater lounge, 2 seater sofa converts to a double bed.Flat screen TV with DVD player on TV stand. Stereo system sits on entertainment unit.

Dining: Open plan with dining table & 8 chairs.

Kitchen: Upright electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.

Laundry: Downstairs includes top loading washing machine, iron & ironing board

Heating/Cooling: Gas heater in living area, overhead fan in Bedroom 1

Outdoor: Front north-easterly facing deck with small table and seating for 2. Rear deck with small table, bench seat and extra white plastic chairs. Gas BBQ stored in garage

Parking: Car space x1 in garage, extra car space on driveway

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location-directly opposite the beach! We stayed here for 10 days and could easily have stayed longer. Great location directly opposite the beach which was beautiful and often we were the only people on the beach. The house had everything we needed. No complaints at all. Julie Rutherford Real Estate were easy to deal with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Under-stated!! We stayed at this home on the queen's birthday long weekend & absolutely loved it. We arrived after hours on a cold night & the lights & gas heater were already on waiting for us. Its opposite the beach & there's the most beautiful walk on the headland to wallaga lake. Also the beach is dog friendly, and when we were there it was very very quiet. Neat & tidy home, verandah gets nice morning sun for breaky & there's a deck on the back with some distant lake views. Make sure you go for a drive to Central Tilba. Awesome little town. Great property & loved the holiday.
