Unit in Bermagui for affordably priced holiday rentals. With 3 Bedroom upstairs and its own small private balcony at the rear of the unit, plus a front balcony area to enjoy the views, the unit is a great choice for families, friends & fishing groups.
Living, dining & kitchen areas are open plan. The lounges offer comfortable seating for relaxing or watching the flatscreen tv. There are extra chairs & a table for the balconies. The kitchen is recently renovated with plenty of bench space & cupboards, plus a full upright oven, fridge and freezer together and large pantry. The bathroom is combined with the laundry and has everything you need for a short stay.
The main bedroom has a Double bed, and there is another Double bed in the second bedroom plus a single bed, and the third bedroom has another 4 singles - so there's plenty of room for up to 9 people to stay. Easily accommodates two couples with a few kids, a family or a group of friends.
Views over the Bermagui River from the front deck and kitchen window, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach, the rockwall at the harbour entrance, and the Bermagui River is across the road. Plenty of boat and car parking space in the common parking area.
There is a great local café at the corner, and a general store and some other specialty shops plus a great walking & cycle pathway all the way from the river bridge to the harbour where there is plenty of activity with boats, shops and eateries.

BOATS - Marlin Waters has a large open car & boat parking area available to guests so there is ample parking space on site.
Marlin Waters Unit 8 can be booked with other units at the same site and also others in the same street to accommodate wedding guests, large family reunions and group bookings to Bermagui.
