Sussex Inlet is also only an 8 minute drive away with an RSL, Bowling club, boat ramp, golf course, shops, cafes and a movie theatre.

Upstairs there is a large living/dining area spilling out to verandahs on 3 sides and a modern spacious kitchen with gas appliances and a double oven. Also on this level are 2 queen bedrooms, a sunroom/bedroom with a futon lounge sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet
Downstairs is another bedroom with a tri- bunk double bed below, single bed above, a single bed with trundle, and a TV, a great space for all the kids. There is also another bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, a laundry with washing machine, dyer, iron and ironing board and a separate toilet
Outdoors - Sunseeker has 3 separate balconies with gas BBQ and outdoor setting on the main balcony. There is also a fully fenced backyard
Heating and cooling - Ceiling fans throughout for summer, gas heating upstairs for the cooler winter months.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There undercover parking for 3 cars under the house
Pets - Sunseeker is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
This property is surrounded by native animals so pets must be closely supervised at all times
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
